Keane Out For Two Weeks, Club Confirms
The hamstring injury that forced Roy Keane to miss Wednesday's Champions
League Group D opener against Villarreal is likely to rule him out for
two weeks.
Varying reports suggested that the United captain would be absent for
between three and six weeks, but the prognosis is more like a fortnight,
the club says.
Keane was scheduled to travel with the team to Spain this week but pulled
out at the last minute.
The 34-year-old Irishman took part in Tuesday's team training session at
Carrington, but complained of a hamstring strain and was ruled out of the
trip later that morning.
Keane, still such a vital component of Ferguson's team, will now miss
the Premiership fixtures against Liverpool and Blackburn and the second
Champions League Group D match with Benfica.
A possible return date would then be Fulham (1 Oct) or Sunderland (15 Oct)
either side of an international break.

有報道稱基恩將缺陣3到6周時間，但曼聯俱樂部認為他應該休息兩星期左右。
按照計劃基恩應該隨隊前往西班牙參加冠軍聯賽，但在啟程的最後一刻他留了下來。
34歲的基恩參加了全隊週二的訓練，但由於腿部不適不得不放棄週三的比賽。
基恩是弗格森陣中的大將，但他將不得不缺席英超聯賽對利物浦和布萊克本的比賽，
以及冠軍聯賽對本菲卡的比賽。
基恩有可能出現在10月1日對富勒姆，或者10月15日對桑德蘭的比賽中。
