"If Cicinho gets the Italian nationality by 31 August and the English club
pay the transfer fee, we are requesting then he will go,"
said Sao Paulo sporting director Juvenal Juvencio on the club's official
website.
"If by then there is no agreement, because the transfer market will then be
closed, we will have nothing further to discuss. Cicinho would then remain at
Sao Paulo at least until the end of the year."
也就是說，拿到義大利國籍-->付錢-->轉會(English Club...應該是指我們吧)

轉會時間似乎有點緊迫
因為他必須在31號以前把義大利護照拿到
曼聯才能和他簽約
Sao Paulo的director說：「以我在足球圈混那麼久的經驗，所有文件將不可能在31號
以前準備妥當。最後，他還是會回來」
