Sbragia Joins Bolton Coaching Team
United's Reserve team manager Ricky Sbragia has joined Bolton Wanderers
as first team coach.
Sbragia arrived at Old Trafford in November 2002 from Sunderland after
eight years with the North-east club.
The 49-year-old Scot was a respected member of United's backroom team,
but leaves Old Trafford with the blessing and best wishes of the club.
"I've had a great three years at Manchester United," Ricky told ManUtd.com.
"I've really enjoyed my time working with the Reserves and I've made
some great friends at the club. It is just the right time for me to
move on and enjoy a new challenge with Bolton."
In his three-year tenure with United, Sbragia oversaw the developing
careers of Darren Fletcher and Kieran Richardson and latterly the
likes of Giuseppe Rossi and Gerard Pique.
Last season, with the club operating two Reserve sides, he guided the
Reds to the Premier Reserve League North title and the subsequent
play-off for the Reserve League Shield with southern winners Charlton.
He also led the second Reserve team, made up of younger players at
the club, to the Pontin's Holiday League and Cup double completing
an impressive four-trophy haul.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce told his club's website: "I am delighted with
the appointment of Ricky. He did exceptionally well at Manchester United."

今天，曼聯俱樂部預備隊教練裡基-斯博雷吉正式加盟了博爾頓俱樂部並將擔任球隊
一線隊的教練。
2002年11月，裡基-斯博雷吉由效力已達八年之久的桑德蘭俱樂部轉投曼聯。執教曼
聯預備隊時，裡基-斯博雷吉戰績卓著，得到了隊員們的尊敬。離開曼聯俱樂部時，「紅
魔」小將以及曼聯俱樂部給了他最美好的祝願。
「在曼聯，我度過了極其美好的三年時光。」裡基-斯博雷吉在接受曼聯電視台採訪時
說道。「我十分喜歡自己在曼聯預備隊的工作，在這家偉大的俱樂部中我結交了很多偉大
的朋友。但是，現在是我應該繼續前進的時候了，我應該在博爾頓嘗試新的挑戰。」
在曼聯隊的三年時光中，裡基-斯博雷吉見證了曼聯小將弗萊徹以及理查德森的成長，
還有最近冒出的潛力新星羅西和皮克。
上個賽季，裡基-斯博雷吉率領球隊奪得了北部預備隊聯賽的冠軍，而且他還率領球隊
參加了與南部冠軍查爾頓的比賽。
裡基-斯博雷吉還曾帶過曼聯俱樂部的第二替補隊，在此期間他為曼聯俱樂部培養了許
多有實力的小將。博爾頓隊的主教練阿勒代斯表示說：「我非常高興球隊簽下了裡基-斯博
雷吉，他在曼聯俱樂部的工作做得非常出色。」
