Reds Keen To Encourage Volunteer Work
曼聯支持政府的"義工年"活動。義工年是為了表揚義工長久以來的默默付出的活動，
同時鼓勵更多人自願參加各種社區服務。
在曼聯裡面就有一些義工在曼聯博物館的 "Study Support Centre" 幫忙。
Ruud van Nistelrooy不久前才參加了此中心所舉辦的活動，
讓中心裡的義工們都很開心。 :)

United have given their backing to the Government’s
Year of the Volunteer initiative which aims to celebrate
the amazing work volunteers do and act as a call to action
to get more people volunteering.
Some volunteers have taken part in sessions at the club’s
Study Support Centre which is based in the museum.
Ruud van Nistelrooy recently attended an event at the centre
much to the delight of volunteer mentors Rebecca Stott and Katie Pandhal
who see the initiative as a “brilliant opportunity.”
The centre is run by permanent and part time staff with the
invaluable help of student volunteers, mostly recruited from
local universities through the Manchester Student Volunteers

The club believe volunteer work is hugely rewarding
and are keen to encourage more people to get involved.
Eleven of United’s backroom staff recently spent a day out
at the Old Trafford Community Centre, redecorating, gardening
and generally tidying up a place which had a big role to play
in the lives of local families.
