Reserves Coach: Solskjaer's A Role Model For All
預備隊教練Rene Meulensteen讚揚Ole是所有職業足球員的榜樣，
並且說無論是在場上或是私底下，
Ole都會跟預備隊的小朋友聊天，傳授他的經驗。
而他從嚴重傷病中不屈不撓的治療、復健的敬業精神更是令人欽佩。
United coach Rene Meulensteen has paid tribute to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
following the striker's return to action.
Solskjaer made the second appearance of his comeback on Thursday night,
in the Reserves' 5-0 thrashing of Bolton. 19-year-old striker
Sylvan Ebanks-Blake scored a hat-trick, as if to prove Meulensteen's point
that Ole Gunnar is a great role model for younger players.
Meulensteen told ManUtd.com: "He's been excellent.
The boys benefit from him - not only his experience
but the way he's been part of the team in terms of the comments he makes.
"He speaks to them individually and as a team. If you've got players
of that calibre around your group, you must take advantage of
their experiences."
Already a shining example for his dedication and respect of team ethics,
Ole's unerring determination to return to competitive action
after repeated injury blows sets him apart as a model professional.
"Ole is a role model for everybody in terms of his professionalism,
the way he approaches the game," concurred Meulensteen.
"So it would be daft not to use his experience in that way.
"If somebody doesn't take anything from working with him
then I don't know who they would take something from."
