Charlton want to ban Manchester United fans from The Valley after incidents
during Saturday's Premiership match.
A male United fan spent the weekend in custody after claims that a female
steward was sexually assaulted.
一個對方主場女性員工聲稱被曼聯男性球員性騷擾，那個球迷被關了一個週末。
Charlton chief executive Peter Varney said: "We would like to thank those
United fans who witnessed it, and made statements to the police."
我們要感謝那些曼聯的目擊者接受警方問話。
Charlton have been told "any ban on away fans would have to be considered by
the Premier League board."

The Addicks are also unhappy after three fans were held for coming onto the
pitch after United's second goal.
Scorer Ruud van Nistelrooy headed a group of United players towards the
visiting fans to celebrate.
This led to a large number of United supporters surging forward, causing a
metal gate to break and crushing a steward.

"I think, when we see the reports from the police and the local authority, it
will leave us with little alternative but to refuse to sell tickets to
Manchester United fans for future games at The Valley," Varney added.
"I'd rather have the away end empty than run the risk of further incidents
like those we saw on Saturday."
就是說寧可客場觀眾席空著，也不希望出意外。
