Reasonably easy return after toe injury for Dutchman

Brown: - 6
Culpable for Villa's goal when he let Agbonlahor get goal side but
steady himself

Ferdinand: - 7
Looked a touch unnerved early on but grew in stature

Pique: - 7
Young Spaniard's only weak point appeared to be communication issues
at times

Evra: - 7
A stretched leg here and there kept his flank solid

Nani: - 6
Had some bright moments and some frustrating ones

Efficient rather than flash from the Brazilian was just the job
