選擇走上了法院。
雙方經過這幾天的協商，最新的進度是－這樁轉會疑雲可望在下週獲得解決。
根據CTA的經紀人Kia Joorabchian告訴每日星報說：下週MSI有望與西漢姆達
成庭外和解的共識。 也就是說Tevez最快在下週前能成為老特拉福的新成員。
