Derby defender Alan Stubbs is certain to miss the home clash against
Manchester United with a calf strain.
And Rams boss Paul Jewell will hand a late fitness test to Stephen Pearson.
Goalkeeper Ben Foster will make his long-awaited Manchester United debut,
with Edwin van der Sar injured and Tomasz Kuszczak suspended.
Foster, who spent two seasons on loan at Watford, has only just recovered
from a long-term knee injury. Louis Saha and Ryan Giggs are doubtful.

＊ Manchester United have the opportunity to return to the top of the table
with victory over relegation near certainties Derby, as leaders Arsenal
do not kick off until teatime.
＊ The Red Devils are chasing an unprecedented 10th Premier League crown,
while Derby's could be the 21st one-season stay in this league.
＊ United, the Champions League quarter-finalists, are taking to the field
for the first time since Portsmouth dismissed them from the FA Cup last
Saturday. But United are on course for three successive league victories,
having scored a total of eight goals in winning the last two, away to
Newcastle and Fulham.
＊ Derby were thrashed 6-1 by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night,
and are on an unwanted club record of 23 league matches without victory.
