魯尼和約草簽
在曼聯俱樂部公布：已經與魯尼草簽了合同之後，魯尼最後轉會曼聯的一刻終於
到來。最後埃弗頓俱樂部和曼聯俱樂部的主席將在未來的幾個小時內作出兩支俱樂部
公開的聲明。這表明魯尼轉會的文件已經開始進入了轉會手續的正常操作程序，而且
兩支俱樂部都已經為此達成了協議。儘管目前的這份合同還不會最終的合同，不過相
信最終的轉會合同曼聯俱樂部將會很快的公布。
曼聯俱樂部表示：
“在魯尼的醫療檢查通過之後，魯尼已經與曼聯俱樂部草簽了合同。”
“具體的細節和條款將在完成後公布。”
18歲的魯尼在週二的早上到達了曼聯在卡林頓的訓練基地，幾個小時前剛剛通過
了他在曼聯俱樂部的醫療檢查。由於全部轉會的合同和轉會費轉賬必須在今天下午3
點30分之前完成，因為埃弗頓這份‘最有價值合約’依舊掌握在埃弗頓俱樂部的手中
。
埃弗頓公共關系主任伊恩．羅斯表示：我必須說明的是，目前合同還沒有最後的
簽訂，我們一直說我們在等待最好的一筆交易，這就是我們期待的。

OUTLINE AGREEMENT REACHED

Wayne Rooney's proposed transfer from Everton to Manchester United has
moved a step closer after the Old Trafford club confirmed to the Stock
Exchange that an "outline agreement" had been reached.
Talks are continuing now between Chairman Bill Kenwright and United
Chief Executive David Gill with a formal announcement expected to be made
within the next few hours.
News that an outline agreement has been reached in terms of football
transfers means that a framework document has been put in place for a long
term arrangement between clubs subject to specified conditions.
However, an outline agreement is not a formal commitment to purchase
or commit expenditure and United's statement to the Stock Exchange read:
"Manchester United plc has reached an outline agreement with Everton FC for
the transfer of the registration of Wayne Rooney, subject to his successful
completion of a medical.
"Details of the agreement will be announced when all terms are complete."
The 18-year-old striker, who arrived at United's Carrington training
ground earlier this morning, is currently undergoing a medical examination
and is expected to complete the formalities of the transfer within the next
few hours.
Any deal involving a transfer fee must be pushed through before today's
3.30pm deadline with the Blues still holding out for the 'best available
deal.'
Everton's Head of PR, Ian Ross, said: "I must stress that no deal has
yet been done. We have always said we are looking for the best available
deal for the club and supporters - and that is what we intend to do."
