    北京時間五月十一日下午從英國衛報得到消息

    曼聯俱樂部在五月初從切爾西鼻子底下搶來的尼日利亞中場新星約翰-奧比-米克爾因
收到死亡威脅已經處於全天候的保鏢保衛中。


    在來年一月份之前對米科爾享有擁有權的挪威裡恩奧斯陸俱樂部對待這次威脅的態度
非常認真，並把米科爾轉移到了「安全地帶」。挪威記者跟蹤米科爾到了一家奧斯陸當地
旅店，他自己透露對這次威脅感到很害怕。這次威脅的來源還沒有查清楚，但是米科爾現
在的東家不敢有任何的僥倖心理，深怕一不小心有所閃失。俱樂部證實它們已經把米科爾
轉移到了一家旅館，並配有全天的安全保鏢。據說他們也向警察尋求了意見，但沒有把此
事作為犯罪行為來匯報。奧斯陸俱樂部已經將此事通知弗格森知道，曼聯俱樂部表示要隨
時保持密切聯繫。


　　發生在這位中場小將身上的事的確都很蹊蹺。切爾西沒有得到米科爾，然而令切爾西
感到氣憤的是他在向尼日利亞媒體透露他們之間已經達成了一分四年合同的幾個星期後，
又對俱樂部採取了冷落的態度。據透露切爾西老闆阿布拉西莫維奇已經安排了詳盡的調查
為什麼這位年輕的中場球員後來改投了曼聯門下，而且爾西第一次得到這個消息經是在上
周曼聯的官方網站上。更讓人迷惑不解的是在尼日利亞，挪威和英格蘭都有聲稱代表米科
爾及其利益的代理人。其中一位令人尊敬的倫敦代理人弗萊切從去年開始已經已經和米科
爾簽訂合同，但曼聯此次的轉會竟是在他毫不知情的情況下完成的。

Sir Alex Ferguson is flying to Norway on Thursday to try and resolve the
situation over John Obi Mikel.

The Nigerian starlet penned a deal with Manchester United last month,
which infuriated Premiership rivals Chelsea, who thought they already
had the 18-year-old signed and sealed.

Since the announcement of Mikel's signing, the youngster is reported
to have received death threats and went into hiding - and some parts
of the Norwegian press are claiming the youngster now wants to join
Chelsea instead of United after Lyn called the police. 

He has since gone missing and Lyn insist that agents Jerome Anderson
and John Shittu are responsible for taking Mikel away.

Lyn are now furious with how events are transpiring.

"Jim Ryan [United youth coach] is already here and Sir Alex Ferguson is
coming to Norway," Lyn's sporting director Morgan Andersen told skysports.

"We will have to see what happens when Sir Alex comes, but we are
informing the police again and the Norwegian FA.

"We don't know where John is. He has been taken away by agents John
Shittu and Jerome Anderson - who told us they were working for Chelsea,
although Chelsea have not confirmed that with us. 

"We have received some information that John may be on his way to join
up with a Nigeria training camp in Germany, but we are not sure if this
is right.

"Manchester United, we know, have written to Chelsea about this whole saga,
but we know there is nothing wrong on our part. Everything done is rock
solid and legal.

"We have always got on well with Chelsea. They made us an offer for John,
but it was way off the mark and they only wanted to use middle men all the
time.

"John wasn't happy with all the agents becoming involved and so we managed
to cancel all arrangements before he signed for Manchester United."

Lyn have also insisted that Chelsea are illegally keeping hold of Mikel's
team-mate and fellow countryman Emmanuel Sakri - who has been on trial at
Stamford Bridge since January.

"He [Sakri] is our player and what can we say? They will not let him come
back!" Anderson continued.

Lyn are now just concentrating on the Mikel situation, which has been
complicated by the fact that the player is quoted as saying he wants to
move to Stamford Bridge.

"I don't want to play for Manchester United anymore," Mikel is reported
to have said.

"I'm not satisfied with the way Lyn have handled this case and I'm
angry that they sent the police after me. I find this very degrading."

Lyn, though, insist that Mikel will only move with their say so as he
is under contract with them for two more years - meaning he will not
move to Chelsea unless there is a dramatic U-turn in events.

"We have him under contract, we will decide where he goes," said Andersen.

"It was all okay until 48 hours ago when these agents turned up, but now
we just have to find him and clear this up."

Lyn and United are now looking into the possibility of the deal, which was
scheduled for January, being brought forward to this summer.

"That is a possibility we are considering," Ryan told Aftenposten.

"But first we have to discuss this with Lyn and the player."

Lyn will hope the arrival of Ferguson - who is obviously worried
enough to make the trip - will get the whole issue sorted out.

Club Convinced Mikel Has Joined

Manchester United are convinced that Nigerian prodigy John Obi Mikel has
signed for the club, despite a whirlwind of confusion over the player's
future.

Communications director Phil Townsend said: "We remain confident we have
reached an agreement with Lyn Oslo and the player, both of which are signed.
We believe he has signed for us."

The Club announced the player's signing on April 29, when it seemed
United had beaten off competition from Premiership champions Chelsea
for the highly-rated youngster.

However, news reports suggested that the midfielder had gone AWOL while
watching his current side, FC Lyn Oslo, in a Norwegian cup game on Wednesday.
Police later located Mikel hiding in nearby woods with his agent John Shittu
amid rumours that the player covets a move to Stamford Bridge.


Mikel is quoted in the Manchester Evening News as saying: "I don't want to
play for Manchester United anymore."

只能說Chelsea無所不用其極的手段太卑劣了
(記得之前好像是U熊還是槍手版wado兄有po過
 阿布的崛起過程  有讀過的人就可見端倪)
目前的情況是: 曼聯確定已經跟Mikel簽下合法的合約
  但Chelsea聲稱他們以前有贊助栽培Mikel  提供很多錢
  並且弄出個agent來  在Mikel訓練完挾持他(一個18歲的青少年有multi-agent!)
  據挪威方面報導好像有聯合黑道向Mikel以及他家人施壓
  讓18歲的少年只想趕快讓這個事情落幕
  因而說出"現在只想為Chelsea踢球"的話
  (也有說法是之前Chelsea答應agent Shittu說如果簽下Mikel
   將讓他分紅30％  現在錢拿不到所以經紀人不爽)
Mikel的"失蹤"其實就是被Chelsea委任的經紀人挾持到倫敦

希望FIFA能對Chelsea的cheating做出懲治!
要強調的是  於法曼聯都沒問題
Chelsea方面目前還是沒有Mikel的簽字
所以Mikel現在還是我們的球員

Manchester United chief executive David Gill urged 18-year-old
John Obi Mikel and his representatives to clear up
the mystery of the midfielder's future plans.

David Gill鼓勵 18 歲青年 John Obi Mikel 和他的經紀人代表出面澄清
有關他未來去向的迷團。

United insist they have a binding option agreement
with the young Nigerian's current club, Lyn Oslo, where he has
a three-year contract.

However the situation became confused as Mikel performed
a disappearing act after skipping training on Thursday morning,
reportedly because he was en route to London,
apparently to sign for Chelsea.

曼聯堅持他們已和這名年輕的奈及利亞小將目前的俱樂部，Lyn Oslo，
達成協議。Mikel目前和 Lyn Oslo 有三年合約在身。
然而在Mikel翹掉星期四早上的訓練課，並上演一場失蹤記，

Gill said: "We cannot track John Obi unfortunately.
We sent Jim Ryan (youth team coach) over there yesterday
but he didn't get to see him at all.

"He cannot go underground for ever.

"He was last seen making his way to London,
which we find extremely surprising."

Gill did not mention Chelsea by name but expressed his surprise
that the player was considering going elsewhere.

"I am very disappointed. We have written to another club (about Mikel)
but they have not responded to our letters," he told MUTV.

"We have shown due deference to them, explaining the situation.

"We have sent copies to the Premier League and we will see the outcome."

Gill並沒有直接指出Chelsea的名字，
但對於這位年輕人想要在有約在身的情況下，再前往其他俱樂部簽約，
感到相當驚訝。

Gill向MUTV表示：

Gill displayed the contract documents on United's TV station
as proof Mikel will come to Old Trafford when he leaves Lyn.

"We did a deal with the club, quite properly, following the rules.

"We also did a deal with John Obi.
He has turned 18 and turned professional. But in order to play
in the Premier League he needs a work permit.

"That is the process we have gone through.
We have the rights to the player."

Gill向MUTV展示了合約相關文件，以證明當Mikel離開Lyn之後，
依合約規定就是曼聯的球員。

「我們和Lyn Oslo遵循一切規章的簽了約定。

The sudden shift in the Mikel's thinking is understood to be 
down the pressure he has come under from agents Jerome Anderson 
and John Shittu.

Ryan said: "It is absolutely scandalous.

"I am certain if John could go to any club, it would be United.

"The picture has changed in the last two days since 
some people arrived in Oslo."

Mikel's change of behaviour is a cause for concern at Lyn.

play for Manchester United.

"He didn't want to do that but he he said he was under great pressure 
from those people."

整理一下目前國外網友在電視新聞上看到的報導
現在英國時間六點  應該要晚一點才有正式網路新聞

"I watched the TV2 interview and Mikel said he was pressured
  by Morgan Andersen and two representatives from Manchester United
  to sign the deal, and wants to cancel it.
  He also said that no one has threated his family
  and that he haven't had any contact with Chelsea
  while he's been in London. He says he'll probably return to Lyn."

"I saw the interview... The kid looked scared and nervous."

"just heard on sky that john obi says he doesnt want to play for us
 because he feels like he was "coerced" by the club to join"

 很明顯是背別人擬好的詞)

目前有看到電視訪問的一致意見是:
覺得Mikel看起來很害怕又緊張
(那當然, 本來好好的沒事, 突然被挾持失蹤, 躲在樹林裡被警方追尋,
 家人被威脅恐嚇, 被經紀人Shittu塞一本新辦好的護照偷偷摸摸上飛機,
 匆匆忙忙直奔倫敦, 又被人逼著說詞, 被鎂光燈記者訪問.
 兩個禮拜前才高高興興的簽約確定看來美好的將來,
 現在卻突然什麼事都由不得自己作主, 沒有親人朋友隻身在異國,
 當然會害怕又緊張.)

總之, Mikel對記者表示他兩個禮拜前是被Morgan Anderson和兩個曼聯方面
的代表施壓才簽下合約的, 現在他想取消合約.
他並表示沒有人威脅他的家庭,
他在倫敦的時候也沒有和Chelsea方面有任何接觸.
  (那請問他翹掉訓練, 在樹林中躲警方, 好不容易出國到倫敦是去觀光嗎? @@)
他表示他"大概"會回Lyn Oslo.


根據Gill早上的訪問, 我想我們在合約的合法性上是站得住腳的.
所以Chelsea唯一能用的方法,
就是逼Mikel說他兩個禮拜前簽約時是被逼的,
來質疑我們合約的可靠性.
As always, 在這事情中經紀人佔了很大的角色.
有些經紀人宣稱Mikel和他們已經有協議,
如果他到曼聯, 經紀人不能獲益.
如果到Chelsea, 經紀人能獲得一大筆額外的錢.
推測是￡4-8 millions in transfer fee + % of Mikel's wage


"The boy's not very well known in Nigeria...as I understand
 he moved to Norway at a fairly young age and hasn't yet been capped
 by Nigeria. I don't read Nigerian newspapers, so I wouldn't know
 if they have much on it - I don't think so, because they're generally
 very late in their news - which is why we don't buy newspapers....
 far easier and faster to read it online. As for the radio,
 it's not been mentioned much at all.

"I'm not surprised the trouble stems from him recieving death threats
 from his Nigerian compatriots. With the corruption one sees here,
 it's evident that most of them strive to get as much money
 as possible with as little work. Which is why his agents
 are probably sour cnuts trying to work something out with Chelsea.
 Bitter motherfuckers...I really hope FIFA do something to Chelsea
 which will hurt them badly."

我自己不瞭解的是:
為什麼Chelsea不能就直接接受現實,
接受世界上還是有他們簽不到的球員?
為什麼要過了兩個禮拜再來耍這手段?
難道只是為了報復曼聯, 還是讓搞垮曼聯, 給我們製造麻煩?
畢竟這對Mikel本身一點好處也沒有,
才18歲, 其實根本還沒在英國踢過球,
無論他最後去哪家俱樂部, 這些新聞已經讓他受到夠大的傷害了!

但是  與Ashley cole的私下接觸、與RIO的神秘聚餐..

都表現出他們並不單只是靠錢  而是以錢為基礎加上讓各隊都不能接受的手段搶人..

在打破所有市場行情後  加上讓人人心惶惶  這實在不是值得讚揚的行為..

Carlos Demands Authorities Act On Mikel Saga


United assistant coach Carlos Queiroz has demanded
football's authorities clamp down on the "jungle rules"
that he says have been used to "kidnap" transfer target John Obi Mikel.

The Reds announced two weeks ago that the highly-rated Nigerian
youth international had signed from his Norwegian club FC Lyn Oslo.

United have officially complained to the Premier League,
asking them to investigate what Carlos Queiroz described
as the "kidnapping" of the player.

John Obi Mikel was in London yesterday with his agents,
which led to reports claiming he was there to hold talks with Chelsea,
who also coveted the talented teenager.

Mikel appeared on television in an interview with Sky Sports
saying that he had been pressured into signing for United.

The midfielder's comments came as a surprise to everyone at Old Trafford,
who on the evidence of speaking to Mikel believed he had made the
"decision of his life" to join United.

Mikel到達倫敦以後對Sky Sports的談話讓曼聯的每個人都打為震驚，

On Friday, Queiroz was furious that a young player
should be coerced and shepherded into changing his mind.

"We cannot live with these jungle rules," the assistant boss
told Century radio. "We cannot accept that and the institutions
must stop this.

"It is unnacceptable that a young boy of 18 can be almost kidnapped
from the country where he was playing, travel to London
and within one day talk on the television with an unhappy face.

Queiroz對於一個年輕球員如此被施壓、逼迫到改變心意覺得很憤怒。

「我們不能忍受這種"jungle rules"。
  我們不能接受，足球相關高層必須要阻止這件事情。

  一個才18歲的年輕球員在他踢球的國家被綁架，飛到倫敦，

"Everybody felt the boy had just made the best decision
of his entire life, at least from a professional point of view.
Next game he comes on TV and says that he signed the agreement
under pressure.

"Everybody understands something happened between these two events. 
We know what happened - this is not original. 
This kind of thing has happened before with other players.

"We have an official position now. We have complained to
the Premier League and we expect them and Uefa and Fifa
to come out with a strong decision.

"We expect that some kind of clarification will happen today.
We know nothing about what has happened and who is behind
these movements and who must take responsibility for what has happened."

只能說Chelski太厚顏無恥了
反正他們就是一定要不計代價來達到目的就對了
在這之前，不計代價的手段是tapping up，
假裝清純的在飯店跟球員、教練聊天，
現在呢，手段變成涉嫌綁架、威脅球員，
Chelski根本不尊重任何人，不尊重合約，也不尊重任何規定法律，
反正有錢什麼事什麼官司都可以搞定，

基本上這目前只是網路上的新聞罷了...
似乎沒有證據能顯示卻爾西有不法的行為...

我想目前應該進入司法程序吧...
身為一個卻爾西的球迷 我覺得你們的反應太情緒化了...

還有 如果阿布真的能夠暗殺恐嚇樣樣來 難到德羅巴會賣這麼貴?
他那麼有錢根本沒差...
基本上為了一個未來不確定的新星 而做出犯罪的事情 這只能存在想像中罷了

其實我對這個新星不抱太大希望 哈哈 畢竟老穆引援的水準不如他執教的功力啊
