Agent confirms Park interest

MANCHESTER United's move for midfielder Park Ji-sung looks on course
after his agent confirmed the club were trying to sign the Korean star.
Chiel Dekker told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that the player had hoped
to extend his deal at PSV, but United's interest had presented him with a
dilemma.
"Of course he wanted to extend his deal," Dekker told the newspaper.
"But, when a club such as Manchester United approaches you, it will make
you doubt. Such clubs will not come along every day."
"He has much respect for (Guus) Hiddink.
"It is not said that he has already chosen for Manchester United. But
this move is a fantastic chance."
The midfielder, who can operate on either wing, would offer support for
Ryan Giggs and Christiano Ronaldo at United,and has reportedly attracted
Sir Alex Ferguson's interest following his performances for Eindhoven
against Milan in the Champions League.

曼聯垂青朴智星

燕豪芬的南韓國腳朴智星據報受到曼聯的垂青，希望收歸旗下。
朴智星在其恩師希丁克麾下有上佳演出，他較早前亦表示希望效力四大聯賽球會。
燕豪芬在打入歐冠杯四強後，己向一批主力提供一紙新合約，當中亦包括朴智星。
而朴智星的經理人迪克格指出曼聯向他們接觸，並表示得到像曼聯這樣的大球會垂青
是個難得的機會。
迪克格表示朴智星雖然希望留效燕豪芬，但曼聯的垂青令他進退兩難。
曼聯今個球季四大皆空，而弗格森希望在來屆重組軍容以求再次爭取錦標。
朴智星在歐冠杯上的出色表現，証明他有能力打進歐洲頂級聯賽之上。而其體力化的踢法
亦深受弗格森讚賞。
