Miller eyes starting role

STUGGLING midfielder Liam Miller is dertermined to prove his worth to
United next season.
Miller joined the Reds from Celtic last July, but made only eight
Premiership appearcances in a disappointing campaign.
Although he enjoyed a good run of games at the start of the season,
his last appearance came in February's FA Cup win over Everton, and
he is eager to force his way back in.
"I would have liked to play in more games, but maybe in some of the
matches I played in I didn't do as well as I know I can do, which is
frustrating," Miller said.
"I've just got to wait for my next chance and take it when it comes."
Miller added United's official magazine: "The boss has just told me to
keep working hard and what I need to do to improve myself.
"I just need to keep doing that and hopefull I can begin to start
showing people what I can do when I do get a chance.
"I know what I have to do next season and I just need to go out there
and do it, but if you're asking me for my ultimate hope - it's to try
and get a place in the starting 11."
