Preview: United v Chelsea

SIR Alex Ferguson is expected to start with a strong side against champions
Chelsea after his rest policy against West Brom backfired.

Indeed, Fergie is expected to play the bulk of his FA Cup final team this
evening in the last Old Trafford match of the season.

Roy Keane will return against the Londoners after being rested against
Albion, while Paul Scholes and Wayne Rooney, who came off the bench on
Saturday after getting a breather, are also set to start tonight.

Dutch striker Ruud van Nistelrooy will spearhead the attack, which means
Alan Smith, Kleberson, Phil Neville, John O'Shea and Quinton Fortune
could find themselves on the bench, and with their cup final places
in doubt.

Gary Neville has completed his three-match suspension for being sent
off at Everton and is almost certain to be included again to shake
off the rust in the final two league matches before facing Arsene
Wenger's side.


Meanwhile, Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho is again likely to ring the changes.

Mourinho is expected to continue with Carlo Cudicini in goal but may give
some of his first team regulars a rest now that the title is won and the
party over.

Frank Lampard is unlikely to want a rest, though, as he looks to continue
his unbroken Premiership appearances. His tally will reach 145 if he plays
against United.

Chelsea remain without Scott Parker (broken foot), Paulo Ferreira
(broken foot) and Wayne Bridge (broken ankle).
