Manchester United left-back Mikael Silvestre is out for six weeks with a
broken metatarsal.
With Ryan Giggs (hamstring) still a fortnight away from recovery, United
will stick with the same squad that defeated Benfica on Tuesday.
Newcastle will be without suspended duo Titus Bramble and Celestine Babayaro.
On-loan United striker Giuseppe Rossi is ineligible but goalkeeper Pavel
Srnicek could be included after signing a short-term deal on Friday.
