PSG on Heinze trail

Paris Saint Germain are reportedly chasing Gabriel Heinze and Tobias Linderoth.
French newspaper L'Equipe claims that, following a difficult start to the
season, the Ligue 1 outfit will seek winter reinforcements.
But any move for Manchester United defender Heinze, 28, appears unlikely to
succeed, with the Argentina international a firm favourite at Old Trafford.
However, PSG are hoping to succeed with a loan bid for their former player, as
Patrice Evra's impressive performances have limited Heinze's first-team
opportunities of late.
27-year-old Swedish international Linderoth is thought to represent a more
realistic target for PSG boss Guy Lacombe.
The FC Copenhagen midfielder was watched by PSG scouts during the Danish team's
UEFA Champions League clash against Benfica on Tuesday, although the Parisians
may face competition from Marseille, who have been tracking the player for some
time.
