SHEFFIELD United have been linked with a summer swoop for Reds forward Alan
Smith.
The 26-year-old has not made a Premiership appearance yet this season after
recovering from the horrific leg injury he suffered against Liverpool in the
last campaign.
Now Blades boss Neil Warnock is preparing a ￡7m move for Smith, report the
Daily Star.
