Keano要去當Sunderland的新主教練？！

Roy Keane is reportedly set to be named the new manager of Sunderland. 

The former Manchester United ace is set to link up with former Republic
of Ireland team-mate Niall Quinn at The Stadium of Light.

Quinn revealed on Tuesday that a new manager was lined up to replace him
as boss, so that he could concentrate on his role as chairman.

Keane retired from football earlier this summer after a short spell at
Celtic.

The 34-year-old was forced to hang up his boots on medical advice, but he
always expressed his desire to go into management at some time.

Keane gained his coaching badges this summer and he is now set to take his
first steps in management at Sunderland. 

Quinn will be hoping the Manchester United legend can help transform
Sunderland's fortunes after a disastrous start to the season.

Keane is expected to take charge for the first time in next Monday's home
clash with West Bromwich Albion.

曼聯傳奇開始執教新生涯 基恩即將入主桑德蘭

    曼聯雖然取得了英超兩連勝，但勝利並不能掩蓋一切問題，由於卡裡克受傷，目前球
隊依然沒有好的後腰可供使用，球迷們依然在懷念基恩。那麼紅魔的老隊長現在在做什麼
呢？原來他已經掛靴從教，即將當上英冠球隊桑德蘭的主教練。


    目前基恩正在與桑德蘭高層談判，對方希望他接過前愛爾蘭著名球星奎因的教鞭，前
往光明球場執教。本週二，奎因在接受採訪時表示，一個新的教練即將取代他的位置，因
此他可以專心做好自己的主席一職。數月前桑德蘭降入英冠，主席默裡開始四處轉讓股份
，而奎因所在的財團接手了俱樂部，愛爾蘭人當上了主席，但由於一直沒有找到好教練，
奎因只得客串，現在有基恩助陣，他也可以如釋重負。


    基恩過去與奎因是隊友，兩人十分熟悉，不過紅魔隊長是場上的領袖，能否做好場外
的領袖還是問題。上賽季由於傷病原因，基恩宣佈結束自己的職業生涯，凱爾特人成為他
最後效力的俱樂部。球員時代十分輝煌，不過基恩也並非是場上莽夫，實際上他早有準備
，效力紅魔的時候，他就多次表達了希望進入球隊管理層的想法，而今年夏天他已經獲得
了教練證書，現在入主桑德蘭，即將踏上職業教練的第一步。


    對於基恩的到來，奎因也是張開雙臂歡迎。桑德蘭是英超有名的升降機，他們在英冠
中戰績彪炳，但升到超級聯賽後卻發揮糟糕，上賽季更是創下了英超的最低積分記錄，恥
辱性地跌入英冠。此番奎因希望基恩到來後可以幫助球隊度過目前的難關，而新教頭面臨
的首場比賽將是下週一與西布朗的較量。


    目前桑德蘭官方並沒有正式宣佈此事，看來他們對基恩的能力依然存在懷疑。不過就
奎因與基恩的關係來看，後者入主桑德蘭已經沒有多大疑問。基恩在曼聯是公認的大佬級
人物，那麼他能在教練席上管好自己的隊員嗎？如果愛爾蘭人能夠成功做到這點，說不定
有天他的美夢能圓——接替弗格森，以教練身份重返老特拉福德。
