was able to save his energies for the greater challenges

Jonny Evans - 7
Involved in the comedy of errors that led to Schalke strike but
otherwise relatively calm and composed at the back

John O'Shea - 6
Skipper for the night, the Irishman showed his versatility by
switching defensive flanks. A solid night's work

Rafael - 6
Full of his trademark vim and vigour before the young Brazilian's
night was cut short by a niggling leg injury

Chris Smalling - 7
Rich in promise, the youngster shrugged off the gaffe which
led to Schalke's strike by producing an accomplished display

Darron Gibson - 8
He may not be popular on Twitter but the Irishman was the
toast of Old Trafford, his goal crowning a superb all-round display

Nani - 7
The winger has gone off the boil of late but showed tantalising
glimpes that he is now rediscovering his Old Trafford mojo

Antonio Valencia - 9
Settled United's early nerves with his first-half goal and
again proved what a boost his return from injury has proved

Paul Scholes - 7
Trademark Scholes. Kept the fans on edge after an early
booking and then sprayed the ball around with aplomb

Anderson - 8
eedless booking aside, was a tigerish presence in midfield and
capped his night to remeber off with a late brace of goals

Dimitar Berbatov - 8
Deployed as a lone frontman, the enigma that is Berba
worked tirelessly for the cause and showed some sublime touches

(Scholes 59) Barely noticed his presence such was United's
control

Darren Fletcher - 6
(Scholes 72) Good to see the Scot back after two months out

→ privateeyes:因為他一個可以換兩個  不過這招要在S18還沒拿紅牌時
