Manchester United have confirmed their squad to face Peterborough United
this evening (7.30pm) in Barry Fry's testimonial game at London Road and
it is jam-packed with world-class stars including England sensation Wayne
Rooney.


Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Rio Ferdinand and summer
signing Ji-Sung Park are all included in the squad as Sir Alex Ferguson
sends his strongest possible 22-man party to London Road. The excitement
levels are building ahead of the game and it promises to be a fantastic
occasion for the 15,400 supporters in the sell-out crowd.


The turnstiles will open at 5.30pm with the players set to begin their
warm-up from 6.30pm. Lite FM DJ Kev Lawrence will be on the pitch
handling all of the pre-match build-up with several presentations
lined up at half-time.


The Posh Allstars cheerleaders will also be performing prior to the
game ahead of the most eagerly-anticipated game at London Road in
recent times. MUtv are screening the game live and there are over
20 photographers set to converge on London Road as well.
