Cathcart happy to make amends

昨天的預備隊比賽，Cathcart攻進一球，這也是他在曼聯的第一球
賽後他為進球感到開心，因為他覺得要為丟球負責
Craig Cathcart was delighted to score his first goal for the Reserves at
Everton, because he blamed himself for the Toffees' opener.
The Northern Ireland U19 international, who was recently handed the No.32
shirt for the Reds' first team, headed United level just 38 seconds after
half-time, having fallen behind to Kieran Agard’s header in first half
injury time.
"It's always important to score, no matter what time it is, and to be my
first goal for the Reserves is fantastic for me,” Cathcart told MUTV.
"It was my man who scored and I didn't really pick him up, so to be the one
that scored the equaliser was extra special for me. That made the goal even
better because it was my fault really.”
A hard-fought victory over the Merseysiders put United back on top of the
FAPRL North table, and Cathcart is relishing the prospect of retaining the
title and entering a national playoff against the winners of the southern
league.
"We did work hard,” he said. “It's a difficult pitch and we had to just
play forwards rather than back and get ourselves into trouble, and it
worked well for us.
"It'd be brilliant to play at Old Trafford again against a team from down
south. It’d be a great experience.”
接下來四月的預備隊聯賽賽程，都是客場 (只剩三場比賽)
04/05/2007 [A] vs Blackburn
04/11/2007 [A] vs Newcastle
04/26/2007 [A] vs Liverpool
其中課本預備隊最難啃，新堡和利記的預備隊都算中上，也很難對付
除了客場作戰很艱辛外，目前第二的米堡少賽一場，只落後一分
第三的曼城少賽二場，只落後四分
所以積分都有可能會被追過，而且米堡和曼城的預備隊實力是很好的
加油了！！！小將們！！！
