由於上賽季的奪冠陣容中，大部分主力都被租出去磨練
所以很多都是青年隊小將（預備隊與青年隊比賽都踢）
能拿到第二名也不錯
目前只剩下一個冠軍可以爭奪

United have been confirmed as runners-up in the FA Premier Reserve League
North (FAPRL) after Manchester City lost to Middlesbrough on Tuesday night.
Three teams, including United, City and the eventual winners Bolton
Wanderers, had all been vying for the reserve league crown in a tight
title race.
Third-placed City were two points behind the Reds going into their final
match of the season against fourth-placed Middlesbrough.
Victory would have seen them leapfrog Brian McClair's United side and finish
in second place.
But a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Boro at the Riverside means they slip to
fourth and are overtaken by the Teessiders.
The Reds ended the campaign two points behind league winners Bolton.

米堡如我所期待地擊敗曼城，而謝聯也很幫忙地擊敗他們
但是Bolton在主場順利擊敗新堡，所以就被趕超了
