[討論] 禁區內防守球員手碰到球會直接判點球嗎?

    小弟早上有看友隊的比賽，然後大家有討論提到『禁區內手球最好有間接自由球』的
問題，也有人提出：『禁區內手球就是PK』然後大家就賭啦（P幣100），後來是提出論點
：『禁區內手球本來就有間接自由球』的人A版友（據說是位裁判說，真專業！）贏得P幣


其實我再看的時候也覺得有些疑問說，後來看到當事人後續推文解釋，也增長些許知識。


以下就是推文內容M給大家參考一下，基於尊重和保護當時人隱私，名字暫用代號代替。

甲：那種手球應該只是間接自由球~~

乙：禁區內手球最好有間接自由球 科

甲：禁區內手球本來就有間接自由球，賭100啊~~~~


於是就開賭了XDD  下面為當事人和友情贊助客串的版友相關推文:)  人都還滿客氣的！

甲 :首先，罰球區(大禁區)內的 "直接自由球 --> 罰球點球
    罰球區內的間接自由球 --> 間接自由球

    球門區(小禁區)內的間接自由球 --> 退到球門區線上開間接

    再，非 "故意" 的手球為間接自由球，如果是因為算是 "卡位時非故意，所以是間接
    自由球


乙：有禁區內間接自由球這種東西 但是手球就是PK


友情客串A  :非故意手球要嘛PK,要嘛就完全不吹。禁區內間接自由球是用在回傳門將
            而門將用手去接球

乙：有禁區內間接自由球這種東西 但是手球就是PK

友情客串B  :我有在世界杯看過禁區間接自由球，不過忘記是啥情況了..

先看第34頁
An indirect free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if, in the
opinion of the referee, a player:
‧ plays in a dangerous manner
‧ impedes the progress of an opponent
‧ prevents the goalkeeper from releasing the ball from his hands

以下重點：
‧ commits any other offence, not previously mentioned in Law 12,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
for which play is stopped to caution or send off a player
The indirect free kick is taken from the place where the offence
occurred (see Law 13 – Position of Free Kick).

而not previously mentioned指的是什麼呢?
A direct free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if a player
commits any of the following three offences:
‧ holds an opponent
‧ spits at an opponent

以下重點：
‧ handles the ball deliberately
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)

因此如果球是在無直接刻意的犯意下，所以並非直接自由球，所以就是禁區內的間接自由
球，除非主審覺得是嚴重的刻意手球，不然不會是點球！

所以B版友～就願賭服輸（大推真男人）的包各禮金（賭債：P）給A版友  v(￣︶￣)y

另外A版友有提到禁區內手球就是點球這點，但也指出規則手冊中是沒有提到這種東西的


不知道大家對這個問題有沒有其他見解和想法勒？我看完後也比較清楚些一些判決。

看完整句話的話，會問什麼是 Cautionable Offence 和 Sending-off Offence?
就是可判黃牌的犯規與可判離場的犯規。
另外這個犯規還要造成比賽暫停才會有間接自由球。

看 P.35 與 P.36，非蓄意的手球並不符合下面判紅黃牌的條件，也不會造成比賽暫停。
所以不能據此判間接自由球。

另外也沒有地方提到非蓄意的手球是一個 Offence。

黃牌
A player is cautioned and shown the yellow card if he commits any of
the following seven offences:
‧  unsporting behaviour
沒有運動精神
‧  dissent by word or action
廢話太多
‧  persistent infringement of the Laws of the Game
犯規太多次
‧  delaying the restart of play
耽誤比賽
‧  failure to respect the required distance when play is restarted with
a corner kick, free kick or throw-in
人牆站太近
‧  entering or re-entering the field of play without the referee’s
permission
擅自進場
‧  deliberately leaving the field of play without the referee’s

紅牌
   A player, substitute or substituted player is sent off if he commits any

規則的意思並不是，非直接自由球就是間接自由球。
