Let f and g be two continuous functions from R into R.
Define

        F(x) = max(f(x),g(x))

for each x in R. Show that F is continuous on R.


Note: 之前 (6) 到 (10) 應該 ok 吧, 現在就繼續貼新的題目吧.
      這一題的副產品是 G(x) = min(f(x),g(x)) 也會是連續函數.
