那個 phi 不是 metric 啦...
是空集合符號＝ ＝
1.phi (空集合)裡面沒有點, 所以符合 open 定義
2.X 如同上一個人所說得, 任取點 x任一半徑 e , B(x,e)都落在 X 中
因此 X 為 open
