這題有個HINT是要用到除了in measure改成conv. a.e.都一樣的條件，會得到for ε>0,
there exist b>0 and E_n measurable s.t. |f_n|>=b on E_n,m(X\E_n)<ε.
但我不清楚該怎麼用

HINT是先從simple function開始的，然後要用到可測集可用開集合逼近，不過我在造φ_m
時，細節的部分弄不太清楚，也就是simple function每一個E都抓不定
也許先從特徵函數，再simple，最後一般函數才是步驟
