May Day Enrolled in the Army
五月天從軍去
Vocalist Ashin, Guitarist Beast and Bassist Masa of the popular
mrock band May Day all became conscripts in the army this
November, drawing a swarm of media to cover the news. Some of
thier long-standing fans could not help bursting into tears while
giving them a send-off on the platform in Taipei Main Station.
Wearing peaked hats and lowering their heads, they deliberately
tried to keep it as low-profile as possible, only by waving hands
to thank the fans and media did they acknowledge the outpouring.
Though it's a fact that May Day will part from us for the next two
years, there's still some good news to look forward to -- their live
concert album will be released in December. So dry your tears.
人氣搖滾樂團五月天的主唱阿信、吉他手怪獸及貝斯手瑪莎三人都在十一月成
了軍中菜鳥，這項消息吸引了大批媒體爭相採訪。一些長期支持他們的歌迷在
台北車站的月台上為他們送行時不禁難過地哭了起來。頭戴鴨舌帽低著頭的三
人刻意想儘量保持低調，只是揮手向歌迷及媒體致意。雖然五月天將暫別歌迷
們兩年，但還是有一些令人期待的消息，那就是他們的演唱會Live專輯於十二
月發行。所以，擦乾你的眼淚吧。
