這篇文章 告訴我們 收入不等於財富的道理

收入是流量的概念 而財富則是存量的概念

很多台灣人 都分不清收入跟財富的差別

尤其是有一些女生 都認為收入=財富 收入=安全感 我是覺得這樣的想法很奇怪

真正能給安全感的應該是財富吧 怎會是收入呢??

離題了....


我覺得 台灣成人平均財富會那麼高 有下面幾個原因:

1.房市炒作 墊高資產價值

  台灣的房屋自有率高達85%以上 再加上有些人還有2間以上的房子

  因此在房市的炒作之下 平均成人資產價值 就會大幅攀高

2.少子化效應發酵的結果

  在台灣 有一大部分人的資產 是從父母那邊繼承而來

  繼承的人 因為少子化的因素 越來越少

  致使計算成人平均財富時 分母變小 導致數額大幅跳升

3.高儲蓄率

  台灣的儲蓄率早期有30幾趴 現在的話 低一點 至少還有20幾趴

  高儲蓄率對資產的累積 是非常有幫助的

所以 我是認為 連我這個父母都是無產階級的人 也能靠著高儲蓄率 累積資產

大家的薪水雖然多年都沒調漲 生活也能維持一定水準 不至於太差 這樣就很好了


當然 有些患有XX病的女生 嫌我們窮酸的要死 這種話 聽聽就算了 不要太當真
