        Basically there is no pros and cons towards the presence of the

        discussion posts in English.

        Please attempt to avoid replying and discussing articles in English

        unless there are some irresistable factors.

        This is dued to the consideration of continuous discussion and the

        propotion of the language usage which this board or forum is mainly

        familiar with in frequence.
