[PSP ] CXMB for 3.95 GEN

To get the support prx files to make the 3.95 Ctf take these steps:

1. Download RS PsarDumper 3.3 + Official firmware 3.95,
2. Connect your PSP to your computer via USB,
3. Put your PSP in “USB Mode”,
4. Extract the files you downloaded,
5. Decrypt the 3.95 eboot and put the prx's named "common_gui.prx",
   "paf.prx", "vshmain.prx" that you dumped from the 3.95 eboot into
   the support folder inside the CXMB folder just like older CXMB.

The plug-in works with 3.90 M33, 3.80 M33 and 3.71 M33 too. Happy theming!
