板上好像還沒討論過這個團
最近發現這個新團很好聽...

The Silents是來自澳洲的四人團
去年簽給當地獨立廠牌Ivy League Records
發行了首張專輯--『Things To Learn』
至於曲風...網路上對他們的歸類很多
包括 alternative..indie..pop..Psychedelic..Garage...
據說最早06年的debut EP"Flicker and Flames "比較偏迷幻復古
後來發行的專輯Garage的成分比較大一些
可是比較沒那麼吵
而且在這張專輯裡 主唱的聲音表現還蠻像Craig Nicholls的...XDD
事實上The Vines也說The Silents是他們的愛團
也跟他們一起巡演過
他們的音樂跟主唱的聲音就是有一種說不上來的那種吸引力
"Their raw garage rock resonance teamed with their somewhat
psychedelic sounding lyrics and 90’s indie pop tendencies made
them difficult to ignore." ...(from TUNE!FM 106.9)
