FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Decision of the Grand Prix Commission The Grand Prix Commission, composed of Messrs. Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna, Chairman), Ignacio Verneda (FIM Executive Director, Sport), Herve Poncharal (IRTA) and Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA), in the presence of Javier Alonso (Dorna), Claude Danis (FIM Safety Officier) and M. Paul Butler (Secretary of the meeting), in a meeting held on 09 December in Madrid(Spain), unanimously decided the following: FIM Dorna IRTA MSMA的大頭們決定了以下的規則... Application 2011 2011開始 1. Practice Time schedule: Two days for each class. MotoGP: 4 sessions of 60 minutes. Moto2: 4 sessions of 45 minutes. 125cc: 2 sessions of 45 minutes (morning) and 2 sessions of 30 minutes (afternoon). 每一級有兩天練習時間 MotoGP:4節60分鐘 Moto2:4節45分鐘 125:早上兩節45分鐘 下午兩節30分鐘 2. Grid position for each class: 3 riders per row. 起跑位置一排三個 3. Generator for tyre warmers are permitted on the grid for the 3 classes. 給暖胎器用的發電機可以搬到grid上了 4. In MotoGP, only the GPS provided by Dorna is permitted. MotoGP車上只能用Dorna提供的GPS接收器 Application 2012 For Moto3 2012 Moto3規則 1. ECU: There will be a single supplier. Proposals must be handed to the FIM and Dorna by 28 February 2011 at the latest. The final decision will be announced by the GP Commission on 19 March 2011. 單一ECU 有興趣來標的廠商請在2011年2月28號前丟proposal過來 2011年3月19號公怖誰得標 See specifications below: ECU詳細規格如下 Requested hardware features for Engine Management: 硬體方面 Single-cylinder management (2 independent fuel injectors, one ignition driver) 單缸 兩隻噴油嘴 一個點火控制器 Up to 14,500rpm 限轉一萬四千五 At least 10 analog inputs (0-5V 10bit resolution) for analog sensors and temperature sensors 最少10個類比輸入(0~5伏特內要有10位元的解析度)給類比感應器(如舵角 避震行程等) 及溫度感應器使用 UEGO lambda sensor input and management 能使用UEGO型的排氣含氧感知器 At least 4 input capture for wheel speeds and crank/cam sensors 至少四個給輪圈/曲軸/凸輪軸轉速的input At least 4 ON/OFF inputs for switches 至少四個ON/OFF開關輸入 Fuel Pump relay driver 燃油泵浦控制 Stepper motor driver for throttle bypass/exhaust valve 能控制給怠速旁通閥的步進馬達 High speed CAN line (1Mbit/s) 1Mbit/s的高速CAN(Controller Area Network) PC-ECU plug'n'play communication cable 要有PC跟ECU間的隨插即用連接線 Internal data logger: At least 8Mbyte internal memory Not less than 200Hz max sampling frequency Not less than 64 max logging channels CAN line data download 內含資訊記錄器 容易不得小於8Mbyte 最高取樣頻率不得小於200Hz CAN至少要能提供64個不同的資料來源 Requested software strategies: 軟體方面 Ignition/injection management 點火/噴油管理 Self-mapping with lambda closed loop strategy 要能使用含氧感知器達成閉迴路自我休正供油點火mapping Not less than 3 engine maps selectable by the rider 可以至少提供三種map給車手選用 Pit limiter pit限速 Traction control 循跡控制 Power shift (i.e. ignition cut-off) 換檔輔助 (如換檔時自動切斷點火) Launch control 起跑控制 IDLE (i.e. engine brake) control (throttle bypass) 怠速控制(如控制引擎煞車) Software equipment: PC端的軟體 Engine and strategy calibration tool 引擎調整工具 Logger management tool 資訊記錄器管理工具 Data download/analysis tool for logged data (2D) 2D的資訊分析工具 (2D http://www.2d-datarecording.com/home.html ) Miscellanea: 其他 Track attendance at all events (Moto3 races and DS/IRTA tests): → Technical assistance to all teams → Assistance to FIM for regulations checks/enforcing 廠商需在所有Moto3比賽及測試中現場 以提供車隊技術服務和幫助FIM檢察/執法 ECU quantities: 40pcs for the 2012 season, spares stock for 5 years ECU數量:2012賽季用的40份 及五年份的備料 Base calibration for any engine entered to Moto3 需提供任何Moto3引擎的校準服務 2.
