charge , here means to increase the pressure in the conbustion room.
and supercharge ,中文叫機械增壓
是利用皮帶or gear sets to drive the fan in order to increase the pressure
and turbo charger's driving power for the fan is come from the exhaustion
so it won't waste energy that comes from the combustion
and it is why the turbo chargers have their working rpm, then the exhaustion
has enough energy to drive the fans
