[閒聊] Filmtracks 是不是針對台灣連線來源進行封鎖了?

最近我連到http://www.filmtracks.com 除了首頁可看外，點選
任何Review頁面僅能得到以下"自訂"的403 禁止訊息：

http://www.teletracks.com/prevent.html

promotional garbage being posted to Filmtracks from these countries. There is
no solution for this problem other than a total ban (sorry!).

Your specific IP has been used for spamming. The port you are using to access

or post useless advertisements.

(其他與Spam無關的四種特徵，就不轉了。有趣的東西大家自己看:p)

有同為台灣的板友遭遇這種情況嗎？我這個61.216開頭IP是台灣Hinet，理論
上這裡應該不會被用於Spam才是.

不能看Christian的評論文好遺憾:p
