這個談法其實有點遜。報派現象就像某資深媒體人今天在政論節目上
對於內閣異動傳言破口大罵的現象一樣。分贓政治有什麼好談的呢？
一個政府的組成，要先有對於方向與主軸的論述，一個願景，然後有
一個主導的人，然後由這個人組成內閣成員去衝刺。這才是有責任的
政治。
報派教練名單只是一堆消息的集合。這種消息不但真偽難辨，還容易
遭到有心人的操作。而最重要的是：沒有意義。

從這份名單裡頭，你能得到什麼印象？他們的交集在哪裡？事情不是
這樣談的嘛！
來看看資深的 Peter May 怎麼寫：
Ainge said too many people are fixated on who the new coach might
be, but, as he put it, "I'm excited about finding a staff. Everyone
talks about a coach. I'm looking forward to putting a staff together
to help us become better."
How will that happen? Ainge listed what he called the three D's --
draft, deals, and development -- as the cornerstone of his rebuilding
operation.
你看，幾個 keywords 就把輪廓勾勒出來了。幸運的話，波士頓將有
機會走上太陽模式，透過管理層級的充實與協作強化球隊本身。但若
不幸的話....
在這一年之中，Ainge 沒有做好的部分，是強化制服組的陣容。交易
作得有多差都算了，反正就是在清倉，然而有破就應該要有立，這一
年來我卻沒有在制服組的部分看到多少值得讓我欣慰的訊息。
我沒有看到他向新老闆申請增加球探經費， 而目前的經理 Chris 也
成了隱形人。Ainge 自己甚至得在季後賽關頭親自跑到歐洲去勘查。
Ainge，看看你的老友 Bird，他是有那個條件在那邊耍悠閒，因為溜
馬早就有完備的三Ｄ系統，那波士頓呢？將系統整合起來不正是你的
工作嗎？
我沒有看到他充實助理教練群，唯一的一位助理教練，Barros，還是
Carroll 找來的。球員要成長，不只是要給他時間，也是要給他環境
與教練。對於這些，Ainge 都沒有具體的表現。他對於暑假也沒有提
出明確的規劃。我甚至懷疑他到底清不清楚我們主辦的暑期聯盟一度
很可能因為場地問題而停辦。
至少可以確定 Pierce 會繼續留在波士頓：
Ainge on Pierce:
"The thing that impressed me about Paul Pierce is [that] he kept
showing up," Ainge said. "Every day in practice and every game,
he kept showing up. There were a lot of superstars who, when things
weren't going their way this year, they were sitting in street
clothes the second half of the season. I give Paul Pierce a lot
of credit. But I think Paul still takes on too much himself, like
most great players do. So I don't blame him for that. We need to
surround Paul with more talent and better structure."
而他恐怖的工作態度也的確對於其他認真的球員很有吸引力。但是，
Ainge 知道如何運用這點嗎？
回來繼續談選秀。Ainge 說他在第四戰趕回來的原因，是他在西班牙
想要看到的球員手部骨折，沒得看了，只好提前回來？
他要看的是誰？
他要看的是選秀會前去年一度令眾家驚豔的 Pavel Podkolzine。
這件事情我不知道還好， 知道了就更想吐血。Podkolzine 根本是不
需要自己去偵搜的好不好？首先，他在樂透區，干波士頓屁事？其次，
以他經紀人的行銷手法，你想要他的資料，根本連動都不用動，打通
電話自然會有一堆帶子寄過來。最後，這傢伙注定會在選秀會上被高
估，這絕對不是值得波士頓去選的球員，我們也沒有那個本錢去養他，
在東區也不需要用到他。
Ainge拜託你，什麼都不會的話，就跟著太陽走。
