Even though he’s struggled in the past several games, Tony Parker has played
at an All-Star level this season.
But that strong early play hasn’t gotten him much notice. In fact, Parker
was dismissed as a top-10 level point guard by NBA analysts on ESPN only a
couple of weeks ago, receiving mention only among a group of guards that Jeff
Van Gundy considered as the league’s fifth-best point guard.
But a strong analysis by Justin Kubatko in the New York Times’ Keeping Score
blog ranks Parker with New Orleans’ Chris Paul, Boston’s Rajon Rondo and
Utah’s Deron Williams when various statistical formulas are measured.
Plus, Kutbatko elevates Parker above a group of other elite point guards like
Dallas’ Jason Kidd, Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook, Chicago’s Derrick
Rose and Phoenix’s Steve Nash.
Kubatko considers Paul as the league’s top point guard and it’s hard to
fault his analysis. But the fact that Parker is ranked among the top four
shows that some of the national cognescenti is noticing the Spurs’ early
success.
雖然過去幾場他打得很掙扎,TP本季的水準還是全明星級的
但是這樣的強力開局並沒有讓他受到很多注意.
事實上前幾個禮拜TP被ESPN的分析家排除在前10大控衛之外,只有大范提到他是聯盟第五

在多樣化的統計公式分析之後,把TP和蜂王保羅/超賽軟豆/爵士小胖 並列

另外,JK把TP放在一票其他的頂級控衛之上,像是小牛基德/雷霆西河/公牛羅斯/太陽奈許
JK認為CP3是聯盟最佳PG而這也很難說他錯
但是TP擠身四強的事實顯現出大家的注意力已經開始關注馬刺有個好的開始!
