You can argue about whether he's worth $14
million over the next four years. What you
can't argue is that he's still one of the best
small forwards in basketball. Pippen has
toned down the scoring with his new club,
focusing instead on getting his teammates
involved. On a per-minute basis, his assist
rate is higher than it's been since 1993, and
there's no Michael Jordan to pass it to on this
team. And while he's only scoring 13 points a
game, his 48.1% shooting is his best since
1994 -- and his 7.0 boards a night are his best
since 1995. Can you say "rejuvenated?"
