Suns: Stoudemire to intensify workouts
The News
Stoudemire's magnetic resonance imaging exam on Thursday showed no problems
with the way his surgically repaired left knee has responded to his
rehabilitation. As a result, Stoudemire's work will intensify immediately,
starting today with jogging for the first time. He will alternate days
between agility and strength work.
Our View
There still is no timetable for Stoudemire's return. He has said he would
play no sooner than the first week of March, but has also talked about coming
back in April or not at all this season as possibilities. Certainly the MRI
results were good news, but we still can't say when to expect Stoudemire's
services on the hardwood.

加練習的份量了 他今天會開始手術後的第一次慢跑
之後他會交錯進行不同重點的復健課程 一天進行agility(靈活度)的復健 一天進行
strength的復健 (這兩個字很簡單但是整句有點難翻 反正就是兩種復健課程囉)
重點是仍然沒有他什麼時候會歸隊的消息 他只說他最快也要三月初回來 但是不排除四月
甚至季後賽才歸隊的可能
