A. It depends...
It might be 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' (which appears in the

Oxford English Dictionary), unless you want to count names of diseases
(such as 'pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis', defined by the

OED as "a factitious word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the
