Barre Exercise 1. 腳尖暖身 Music 5 右+左:半.全.半.回 右+左:(tondu+plie+tondu+回)*2 手到二位旁後倒 2.Tondu Music 2 A:Croisees, effacees and ecartees, devant and derriere, all fifth position. 2 tondu with small arm pose, 1 soft tondu with arm on third position. 2 times the other side(music continue) 3.Jete Music 17 A:Croisees, effacees and ecartees, devant and derriere, all fifth position. 2 jete with small arm pose, 1 soft jete with arm on third position, leg lent at 45 degrees 2 times the other side(music continue) 4.rond de jambe music 9 (slow) rond de jambe en dohors*4, en dedans*4 fondu front, plie and half turn away from the barre with one leg raised tombe front 全套相反 bend frontward and backward developpe to the side till the music end 5.Frappe Music 3 prepartion: arm to the second place A:Battement frappe 4 times in the poses front, side, back , side. B:double frappe 1 time, front, side, back, side. foot on frappe front, stop. arm to preparation first, third, second.
