Having been here, a place totally strange to me, for around a week, it's the
first time I feel touched. It's not a touch of pretentious friendliness, but
of bona fide smile, caring, and empathy (curiosity certainly has its part).
However unfamiliar with each other, yesterday almost every one showed
incredible sincerity to know others, and to be known. I saw none pulling a
long face, slouching in the corner; rather, everybody's face radiated
excitement and eagerness. It's neither due to stone-cold politeness nor
under any obligation, but a sense of belonging-- a wonderful feeling shared by
different souls. And the T.A. is a place like this. We all owe a gratitude
to this heart-warming place.
Literally, last night I was mentally embraced for hundreds of thousands of
times by everyone's passion. I'm grateful to be part of you and, hopefully,
vice versa.
