Explain the following terms：
a. Lattice
標示成分，原子、離子或分子，位置在三維系統中的點
b. Unit cell
晶格中的最小單位
c. Bragg equation
nλ=2dsinθ
n：整數 λ：x-ray的波長 d：兩原子間距
d. Atomic solid
在晶格中，原子位在lattice point 上，即可描述此固體的結構。
(例：diamond、Si)
e. Interstitial alloy
金屬原子緊密堆積，且其孔洞被其他較小的原子所佔據。
如：steel即為C佔據Fe中的孔洞。
