由於研討會是有支薪的...

所以要請大家詳細記錄自己的工作事項跟時間(電子檔我有寄給大家啦),

而且為了日後可能還會舉辦相關活動,

所以最好所有的書面跟電子檔案都要留下來,

方便結案跟查存...

另外,

那個關於報帳的相關統編跟抬頭,

我會再寄給大家...

請大家在花錢的時候,要特別注意,

不然會無法報帳...
