in acidic solution, using the half-reaction method (5).

(a) The distribution of velocities of the particles in an ideal gas
is described by the Maxwell Boltzmann distribution law

(b) At a certain temperature, the probability that a gas particle has the
most probable velocity is equal to one-half the probability that the same gas
particle has the most probable velocity at 300 K. Is the temperature higher
or lower than 300 K? Calculated the temperature (10, Chapter 6 exercise 135)
