2.Explain how lambda to establish and maintain the lysogenuc cycle ,and
E.coli cell when bearing with lambda prophage is immune to lytic infection
by another lambda.
3.What are the "SOS response" and "Error-prone repair by DNA polymerase V",
how the RecA to involve with it??
4.How to creating the replication fork at an origin of E.coli??
5.What is "MutS/L system" and individual function of MutT,M and Y ??
6.You can give one question for yoursela, which you work hard with it
however it was not shown here, but ,I will critize your answer very
