How many trans-membrane domains does it have? What is the adaptor protein to transduce its signal in the cell? 4.Draw the structure of a sarcomere. Tell me why calcium is needed to trigger the sliding of a sarcomere? 參考答案: 1. During transportation of sperm in female reproduction tract, sperm gradually acquire ability to fertilize oocytes. This process is called capacitation. 2. An electrical stimulus first raises membrane potential to pass threshold. Na+ channels open that allow the Na+ ion to flow in and cause depolarization of membrane. Depolarization close Na+ and open K+ channels K+ ions leak out of cells to cause hyperpolarization and K+ channels close. Eventually all channels are back to their resting state and membrane repolarizes to the resting membrane potential. 3. G-protein-coupled receptors have 7 transmembrane domains and use G-proteins to transduce signal. 4. Calcium binds to tropomyosin to remove its block to sliding. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.208.171
