(a)(5%)何謂凱因斯的的「基本心理法則」？是說明這個法則在short-run fixed-price
Keynesian model中所扮演的角色；以及在long-run full-employment model中所扮
演的角色。
(b)(10%)試說明「凱因斯以後」(post-Keynesian)這段期間有關「消費函數」在實証與
理論方面的主要進展；尤其要提及S. Kuznets，M. Friedman以及F. Modigliani的
貢獻。
(c)(5%)Suppose that Mary goes to work at age 22, earns on average $50,000 a
year for 45 years. She inherits $450,000 when she starts working. She
expects to live to be 82. Calculate on average how much Mary consumes per
year, the ratio of her annual consumption to annual income, and her annual
saving rate.
Now suppose Mary learns that she can expect to live to be 97. Compute her
new annual consumption, as well as the new ratio of her annual consumption
to annual income, and her annual saving rate.

M. Friedman在1968年發表文章"The Role of Monetary Policy"陳述其對「貨幣政策所
應扮演角色」的看法。
(a)(5%)試列舉「重貨幣學派(monetarists)」的主要看法。為何這套看法會被稱為「重」
貨幣學派？為何會被稱為Rule Advocates？
(b)(10%)試以下列觀念說明Rule Advocates所提出支持其看法的arguments：「Policy
Pitfalls：Lags and Uncertain Multipliers」，「Time Inconsistency」，
「Nominal Anchor」。
(c)(5%)說明the Taylor Rule與"inflation targeting rule"。

視下面Friedman-Phelps-Lucas Supply Function：

(a)(8%)台灣在不同發展階段中，政府有不同的因應「政策」。試說明比較「1960年代」
，「1970年代」與「1980年代」政府所推行的主要政策及其成效。
(b)(7%)跟歐美國家與其他快速成長的東亞國家比起來，台灣的總體經濟有怎樣明顯的
特徵？為何會形成這些特徵？
