theme, imagery, structure, and rhyme scheme.
7. Philip Larkin's "Toads" describes two toads. where are they located? How
are they described?
8. Discuss Philip Larkin's "Aubade" in terms of theme and imagery.
9. Discuss ANY poem or poems we have studied in class (but not covered in the
foregoing short essay questions? in any way you like--- as long as you are
able to demonstrate some critical insights as well as your familiarity with
the text(s) being amalyzed.
