Frederick Brooks, in his book The Mythical Man-Month (1975), suggest that the way to get a late project back on schedule is to add both more people and manager to a project. 2. Over-optimism is the tendency for systems analysts and project managers to fail to recognize that project slips in one phase or activity can cause corresponding slips in many other phases and activities, and contribute to cost overruns. 3. PERT charts were developed to make clear the interdependence between project tasks before those tasks are scheduled. 4. Gantt charts offer the advantage of clearly showing the overlapping tasks, that is, the tasks that can be performed at the same time. 5. To accurately and thoroughly create use cases demands minimal user involvement but a significant investment in the system analyst's time. 6. A use case is a behaviorally related sequence of steps ( a scenario), only automated for the purpose of completing a single business task, 7. While examining the use cases to identify and associate behaviors with the object types, we also focus on identifying the collaboration or cooperation that is necessary between object types. 8. The use case ranking and priority matrix is completed only by the development team. 9. During requirements analysis analysts strive to identify all use cases of the proposed system. 10. Sequence diagrams show us in great detail how the object interact with other over time. 11. Physical architecture or architecture diagrams are implementation type diagrams and are used to graphically depict the physical architecture of the software system. 12. Object-oriented design is concerned wuth identifying and classifying three object types interface, entity and control. 13. Controller objects serve as the"traffic cop" containing the application logic or business rules of the event for managing or directing the interaction between the objects. 14. Object-oriented design includes the following activities: refirming the use case model to reflect the implementation environtment; modeling object interactions and behavior that support the use case scenario; and updating the object class diagram to reflect the implementation environtment. 15. OOA techniques are used to (1) study exixting objects to see if they can be reused or adapted for new uses, and (2) define new or modified objects that will be combined with existing objects into a useful business computing application. 16. Encapsulation means "many forms." Applied to object-oriented techniques, it means that the same named behavior may be completed differently for different objects/classes. 17. Class diagrams depict the system's object structure. They show object classes that the system is composed of as well as the relationships between those classes. 18. The primary deliverable of the buliding and testing database activity is a populated database structure for the new database. 19. A temporal event is an event triggered by the system itself. 20. A business requirements use case captures the interactions with the user in a manner that is free of technology and implementations details. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.220.219
