Question I.
Show by graph and explain the possible LBO structures(18%). Among the
financing tools in LBO process, junk bond and mezzanine issue are the most
important. Dicuss the characteristic of junk bond and mezzanine issue(12%).
Question II.
Being a department manager of private banking, you are encouraged to do
wealth management for your clients. Make your recommendations, based upon
current economic conditions, in structuring wealth management portfolios,
including savings, TIGR, inflation-linked bond, CMO, LYON, QQQQ, REIT and gold.
(40%) Note: you are asked to discuss all of the eight instruments listed above.
Question III.
Show with graphs the process of issuing mortgage pass-through and CMO.
(20%) Would you expect issuing mortgage pass-through or CMO a successful in
